Sessions begin with a written and verbal intake covering health history, current stress patterns, movement habits, and treatment goals. Depending on the session, this may include simple assessment, observation, and hands-on evaluation of tension or restricted areas.
A full appointment includes intake (about 5-10 minutes), hands-on massage time (typically 60 or 90 minutes), and a short closing check-in. During treatment, open communication is encouraged so pressure, focus, and pacing stay aligned with comfort and goals.
